Many large companies invite tenders for their audit work.
Generally, a tender will take the form of detailed written proposal and a presentation which might include:
(1) The level of expertise the firm has in the industry.
(2) Similar companies audited by the firm.
(3) National and international presence.
(4) The proposed fee.
